9:30am-10:30am Heart and Soul Gentle Yoga with Karen Kwass, MSW, RYT-500 - Start your day with embodied, mindful, and supportive practice.

2pm-3:30pm Sketch your Town with Rowan Wielblad, artist & illustrator Create ink sketches of picturesque Provincetown. Each week participants render a different section of town from photo references provided – as well as a prompt to work on in between class.

6pm-7pm Introduction to Digital Photography with Tara Conant, professional photographer & photo educator - Explore the exciting possibilities of digital photography. We will start by covering the all basics of photography and then discuss and view how these elements translate into taking a good photograph.

7pm-8:15 Winter Creative Container with Jessi Rosinski, professional flutist, well being coach, and educator - This is a pocket of time to put your attention on creative and important projects- the projects that often fall to the side. Come create in shared community – for inspiration, support, and accountability.

12pm-1:15pm Strong Ground, Book Chat with Norma Gordon. Class will read & discuss Strong Ground by Brené Brown with big ideas that resonate personally—clarity, paradox, boundaries, and living with grounded courage

1:30pm - 2:45pm Creative Art Journal with Rowan Wielblad, artist & illustrator - Make a visual journal using art from either visual and written prompts – participants will work on their journal during class and at home using ink and watercolor and/or cut paper. New prompts will be given weekly.

5:30pm-6:30pm Strong in body. Steady in breath. Soft in mind. Intentional, accessible functional yoga with Norma Gordon Classes emphasize inclusivity and playfulness for all practitioners. Engage in intentional, accessible, vinyasa flows with functional movement. I practice with you and share modifications to match any level and ability.

6pm-8pm Seven Classic Black and White Old Dark House Movies in the Dead of Winter with Dr. Marc Strauss - From the comfort of your warm and cozy home, what could be more fun during the cold and clammy dead of winter nights but watching and then talking about seven spooky films that take place in and around old dark houses? Marc Strauss, Ph.D., Professor Emeritus in the Conservatory of Theatre and Dance, Southeast Missouri State University, is the curator of these seven films, and is your host who will introduce, show the film, and lead discussion afterwards, only on zoom. Including some of the most famous classic films in the genre—Dead of Night (1945), The Uninvited (1944), The Old Dark House (1932), And Then There Were None (1945), House on Haunted Hill (1958), and others—join us in revisiting or seeing for the first time movies that send a stimulating shiver through your spine.
